Delete your account
This permanently deletes your Xellara account (com.xellara.org) and your personal data. Enter the email address linked to your account and we will send you a confirmation link.
We ask you to confirm by email so that nobody else can delete your account by entering your address. Nothing is deleted until you open the link.
What gets deleted
Permanently erased, with no waiting period and no way to reverse it:
- your sign-in credentials and authentication record
- your profile — name, email address, phone number, role
- your company membership record
- your notifications
- the messages you have sent in the app
Kept, with your identity removed:
- support issues you raised or were assigned, so your company keeps its support history — unlinked from you and relabelled “Deleted user”
- invoices and payment records, which Indian tax law requires us to retain as accounting records, and which are no longer linked to your account
You can also delete your account from inside the app: Profile → Delete Account.
