Delete your Glowhil account
This page applies to the Glowhil app operated by Xellara Digital Solutions OPC Private Limited.
Delete from the app
- Open Glowhil and sign in.
- Open Profile.
- Select Delete account.
- Confirm Request deletion.
Request deletion without the app
Email us from the Google email address used for your Glowhil account. Include “Delete my Glowhil account” in the subject. We may ask you to verify ownership before processing the request.
What is deleted
We delete or anonymise your Glowhil profile, saved locations, profile images and other uploaded files, and personal details linked to bookings. Your access to the account ends as part of processing.
What may be retained
Transaction, payment, fraud-prevention and dispute records may be retained where required by law or needed to resolve an active dispute. Access is restricted and retained records are removed when their applicable retention period ends.
